  • Kindred Spirits yarn subscription

    2 items left

Do you love hand-dyed yarn? If so, this yarn subscription is going to delight you.

It's a brand-new, surprise colorway in my signature style of gentle speckles and layered, moody tones.

Use your yarn for color play, for pushing your color boundaries, for inspiring your creativity, for squishing, and for wanting to cast on as soon as it arrives.

    You get:

    • A new skein of yarn, every other month
    • Hand-dyed on my most luxurious yarn base: Cashmere Blend, which has a delicious 20% cashmere content
    • Free-to-you shipping, which gives you a $6 discount
    • The option to order more if you ever fall in love with a color and want to make a bigger project
    • Ideas and inspiration on what to do with your skein
    • If this is a gift subscription, I'll send your gift recipient a little box with a membership card when they receive their shipment.

Your subscription starts with the April/May skein (which ships in late April/early May).

See the pictures of the last year's worth of club skeins to get an idea of my dye style.

About the theme & colorway inspiration

Each colorway is inspired by Anne of Green Gables. Whether you're a true fan of the book series or movies (original or Netflix remake) or simply want the prettiest yarn subscription you can find, this yarn is the one you will reach for, again and again, when knitting from stash.

    Shipping is free to you!

Yep, you don't pay for the shipping on this package; I do!

Subscriptions are a cornerstone of my business. This stability means I’m able to pay for your shipping and still earn a living wage. 😁

You get ~$6 off your order by paying for the yarn only.

I pay 100% of shipping for US subscribers, and offer $10 flat rate for international subscribers.

This pricing structure reinforces my value that we’re always in community and working toward the common good!

    Subscription billing

Each skein costs $34 (or $44 if you're getting a skein + mini). Your first charge happens when you sign up and, thereafter, on the 15th of these months: January, March, May, July, September, and November.

You always pay for your skein first, then I dye it, and you will receive it before the next charge happens.

You can cancel at any time, but if you leave your subscription in place, you'll get ongoing and wonderful yarn (6 skeins a year) as long as I am dyeing new colorways!

    Heavenly

I am in love with the subtle colors that light up the yarn almost from within! And as always so deliciously soft.

luscious soft yarn, recyclable packaging, gorgeous colors

A knitting friend with similar values (support small businesses/ artists, environmental stewardship) told me about the Kindred Spirits subscription, which is like a CSA. While I haven't yet knit anything with the gorgeous hanks I get every 6 weeks, the colors will go together into a lovely soft striped sweater, or a shawl... it is luscious to contemplate.
