This subscription is for the knitter who loves hand-dyed yarn. It's a single skein (or more, if you're so inclined) of a brand-new, surprise colorway. Use your yarn for color play, for pushing your color boundaries, for inspiring your creativity, for squishing, and for wanting to cast on as soon as it arrives.
This is a pay-as-you go subscription and stays active until you cancel. If you're looking to subscribe for a set period of time, go here for 6-month subscriptions (3 skeins) or here for 1 year subscriptions (6 skeins).

- If this is a gift subscription, I'll send your gift recipient a little box with a membership card explaining what the gift is (since the yarn won't arrive until late December, early January).
Your subscription starts with the December/January skein (which ships in late December/early January).

About the theme & colorway inspiration
Each colorway is inspired by Anne of Green Gables. Whether you're a true fan of the book series or movies (original or Netflix remake) or simply want the prettiest yarn subscription you can find, this yarn is the one you will reach for, again and again, when knitting from stash.

Subscriptions are a cornerstone of my business. This stability means I’m able to pay for your shipping and still earn a living wage. 😁
You get ~$6 off your order by paying for the yarn only.
I pay 100% of shipping for US subscribers, and offer $10 flat rate for international subscribers.
This pricing structure reinforces my value that we’re always in community and working toward the common good!

Subscription billing
Each skein costs $34 (or $44 if you're getting a skein + mini). Your first charge happens when you sign up and, thereafter, on the 15th of these months: January, March, May, July, September, and November.
You always pay for your skein first, then I dye it, and you will receive it before the next charge happens.
You can cancel at any time, but if you leave your subscription in place, you'll get ongoing and wonderful yarn (6 skeins a year) as long as I am dyeing new colorways!
FAQ about my yarn subscription club

Yes! About a week after the club has shipped (or, about when your yarn arrives), I open a pre-order listing so you can order extra skeins for a larger project. I also tend to offer the colorway on different, seasonally appropriate bases, too.

This blog post has ideas on what to do with a single skein, especially if the color isn't in your wheelhouse.
The yarn club is a surprise, though, so if you don't like surprises, it's probably not a good idea to subscribe. That said, if you're truly disappointed by a colorway, my regular return policy applies: If you return your yarn within 30 days, I'm glad to give you a store credit.

I ship everywhere except Europe and the UK. Unfortunately, country-specific laws put in place during the Covid-19 pandemic are not workable for me as a solo person business.

You can cancel at any time. Some folks sign up for a month or two, some sign up for a year, and some have been receiving Kindred Spirits yarn since I started the club in 2018!
