A gorgeous, top-quality wood tool that feels as good in your hands as it looks.
This 4-inch ruler and needle gauge is nearly always in use in my knitting bag. It is a substantial thickness of high-quality bamboo wood, which gives it a really pleasing weight and heft. I use this to measure every single one of my gauge swatches (and to identify my Addi needles because my 50+ year old eyes just do not see the markings on those tiny cords any more!).
The gauge is beautifully laser-etched with analog illustrations, which I commissioned from artist Jayme Hennel, and I have sanded each piece to give it a really pleasing feeling in your hands. (And to sand away any of the burn residue from the laser printing.)
